VISION

To become a model organization in the social work field providing unique services based on scientific principles, to the needy and deprived sections of the society specially the Migrant Workers and to establish social justice and dignity in the society.

 

 

MISSION

The project focuses on labour legitimacy, protection and development of the migrant workers.The following may be noted as the specific objectives to be achieved through the proposed project:
• To form self help groups in all the wards by which men group and women group will come together for discussing their problems
• To experiment micro credit schemes among the members of SHG
• To conduct regular meetings of these groups in every month from January 2013 onwards for planning the future activities of these migrant workers
• To understand their working and living conditions
• To facilitate their registration
• To enroll them in the welfare scheme
• To give them support and care
